This policy ensures that our app does not facilitate, host, or distribute any form of child sexual exploitation content and remains compliant with Google Play Developer Policy requirements on CSAE.

2. Prohibited Content & Activities

We strictly prohibit the following activities on our app:

A. Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

  • The creation, possession, distribution, or promotion of child sexual abuse material in any format (photo, video, audio, or text).
  • Any AI-generated, digitally manipulated, or cartoon-style content that depicts or implies CSAE.
  • Use of the app to store, share, or disseminate explicit content involving minors.

B. Sexual Exploitation of Minors

  • Any sexual solicitation, grooming, or communication that exploits minors.
  • Any attempt to facilitate human trafficking, prostitution, or commercial sexual exploitation of minors.
  • Enabling live streaming, chat rooms, or user-generated content that may expose minors to CSAE risks without stringent moderation.

C. Misrepresentation & Harmful Content

  • Falsely claiming to offer support to CSAE victims while engaging in misleading or exploitative behavior.
  • Encouraging, glorifying, or trivializing child sexual exploitation or abuse.
  • Any apps, games, or features that may normalize, encourage, or simulate CSAE-related behaviors.

3. Reporting & Moderation Procedures

To ensure compliance, we implement proactive monitoring, user reporting systems, and cooperation with authorities:

A. Automated & Human Moderation

  • AI-powered content scanning to detect and remove CSAM and exploitative materials.
  • Human moderation team trained to identify CSAE risks and take immediate action.
  • Strict age verification mechanisms to prevent minors from accessing inappropriate content.

B. User Reporting System

  • In-app “Report Abuse” function to enable users to flag any suspected CSAE violations.
